If you are interested in getting into any of our Hazelbrook Colorado Sober Living Homes please contact us to set up a tour/interview.
There we can meet you and see if you will be a good fit and if Hazelbrook will be a good fit for you.
If an in-person interview is not feasible then we can do a phone interview. After being accepted we will schedule a time for intake.
While at Hazelbrook Sober Living all residents are required to stay sober, work a recovery program, work, pay their program dues, and participate in the Hazelbrook Recovery Community.

activities all the time!
Sober Softball, Boating & Chilling on the Beach. Mountain Climbing & Boxing, Yoga, Art Groups & Gardening. Bonfires, Bowling & Movie Night. Recovery Rallies & BBQs, Plus much much more!
Admission Requirements
Be willing to remain sober and work a recovery program
Hazelbrook Colorado Sober Living is a place of new friends and new beginnings where people can feel safe without having to worry about the temptations of any drugs or alcohol so you can be free to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
- Be willing to remain sober.
- Work a recovery program.
- Provide clean UA and BA.
- Pay intake fee and either first week or month.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to work.
- Can afford program fees.
- No sex crime convictions.
- No severe mental health issues.
- Fill out and sign “Resident Agreement”.
Hazelbrook goes above and beyond to ensure that their residents have everything they need to be successful in recovery and in LIFE. They hold you accountable, provide structure, a safe living environment without drugs and alcohol, resources in the recovery community and the community in general! If you have a true desire to live a sober life they are the best out there for just that! I am very grateful for the support and love I have received at Hazelbrook Sober Living Homes! My recovery would not have been possible without them.

What our residents can expect from us

What To Bring:
- Positive attitude.
- Clothes.
- Food.
- Hygiene.
- Electronics.
- Books.
- Medications if needed.
- Whatever you may need that is reasonable.
- All prescriptions must be kept in a lock box at all times.
What Not To Bring:
- Bad attitude.
- Any drugs including non-prescribed medications.
- Drug paraphernalia.
- Alcohol in any consumable form.
- Any meds containing alcohol.
- No large furniture unless pre-approved.
- Weapons are not allowed i.e. knifes, blades.
- No animals unless pre-approved.
- No firearms are allowed on any Hazelbrook premise .
